That's a hard thing to hear if you've built your whole life around solving your own problems. Silence doesn't feel like strategy. It feels like giving up. But the story insists the deliverance came from somewhere outside the people trapped on that shore — they didn't part the sea themselves.

This verse doesn't promise the water will always part exactly how you'd script it. It suggests something else: that being at the end of your own resources isn't the same as being out of options.
